1. Projects often drag on for months because decisions are constantly being changed.
2. Numerous redundancies make you fear for your job.

5. Praise is not to be expected. Instead, you are embarrassingly criticized or exposed for petty things.

1. Employees had to change offices without the line manager knowing about it

4. New employees and their superiors do not know their responsibilites and their title.
5. Employees are asked to work at events only to cancel them and then ask them again.

There are a lot of great people working at Enea. Due to the dull working atmosphere, you quickly get to know each other on a personal level. However, different departments often work against each other instead of together.

Work-Life-Balance

1. Vacation can only be taken on certain months.
2. Company holidays may be decided at very short notice
3. Home office on Mondays and Fridays is prohibited due to lack of trust. Most departments are not allowed to work from home.

1. Superiors do not take responsibility and pass it on to employees.

3. Poorly developed social skills: conflict resolution, empathy, teamwork and respect are sought in vain.
4. Managers forget meetings, postpone them 5 minutes in advance or know that a meeting is taking place but do not attend.

1. Some new employees have neither a computer nor a login on their first day.
2. New modern software solutions are abolished due to the costs and incompetence of those responsible, so that employees have to work with Excel spreadsheets again.

4. Due to the location of the company, employees are forced to take their lunch from home. Enea offers a food vending machine, but the meals are small and expensive.

Greenwashing: It is communicated that as a landscape architecture company, they are doing something positive for the climate. However, the procurement methods remain concealed. In addition, the origin of suppliers is not a criterion when choosing suppliers.
Social awareness: Not present

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Below-average salaries, minimal social benefits and no fringe benefits. A bonus system was recently introduced. However, there is no transparency and even line managers do not know how much their employees receive. Some employees also receive 10x higher bonuses than others, even though they are at the same level. Desired salary increases must always be addressed by the employees.

Much better on the outside than on the inside. Many employees in planning work for Enea because of the projects and to have the name "Enea" on their CV. However, the dissatisfaction extends across all departments, with the result that a third of the workforce did not attend last year's Christmas party.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

As an employee at Enea, you are a cost factor. Individual development opportunities are supported, depending on your line manager. However, corresponding salary increases are not to be expected once further training has been completed.
