in general interesting tasks, very hands-on, varied with a high level of responsibility, independence and impact, but because of the company size no possibility to delegate repetitive and easy administrative tasks to juniors, especially if you are not leading a team.

absolutely given: there are several senior colleagues working at EUROFIMA, some of them for more than 20 years, and they are highly valued as they know the company best. they are treated equally with dignity and respect and can work here till their retirement.
