In general, we always start by saying, "Thank you for your feedback," even when they are not positive. In this case, it is a bit tricky: Generally, we are always glad when people take the time to review and give us feedback. It helps us improve and get better at what we do. Your feedback, however, is disrespectful and even insulting. We may have different opinions on how to manage a company, and we may have acted in a way you do not agree with - fair enough. However, I am certain, that we treated you with respect and professionalism. So I would kindly ask you to do the same.

We are a dog-friendly office, but we do not treat our employees like dogs. We are proud of our open team culture and that everyone can speak up and share their ideas and feedback with management, my team, or anyone else. I know that your former colleagues at Flowable will confirm this.
