Provide for headcounts/resources, especially temporary, so that teams can optimize their desks and tasks. Do not react only when overworked people quit but help them make their job sustainable before they do it. Short term investment, long term return

You progress in your rank if you go for the extra mile at work. No crappy excuses or minimum time in title, bla bla etc. If you deliver, they deliver
