Management: just change your behavior an treat employees like humans, appreciate their efforts. After all, a company without motivated employees is nothing and doomed to fail.

Ambient is good, until the management arrives in the office.

There is a complete lack of communication, both from management to employees and between employees. There is a general lack of structure and processes.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The best part of this company, and actually the only thing that can keep you there. Colleagues are great! It is a real pity that they are wasting their talent and commitment for a company that does not know how to value their efforts, and indeed, punish them.
Work-Life-Balance
If it were up to the management, they'd all be working day and night seven days a week. Literally, the management here don't give a damn about your mental health. There is an old school mindset (the more hours you work the better it is), now obsolete.

Literally, all employees walk away from this company because of management. Passive aggressive behavior, mobbing, overtime, out of hours emails, no one values what you do... This is a real rabbit hole.

In general, tasks are interesting. But the management manages to demotivate you so much that you won't find them interesting anymore.
