Immature, unempathetic and incompetent "leadership" team.
High managers, who
- create problems because they promise the customers what cannot be delivered and then expect the employees to solve the problems urgently
- expect everything to be done urgently, constanly add new requirements and change directions 180 degrees
- lack any empathy and don't see how trust and group layoffs correlate (common sense, huh?)
- push their own vision even when the engineers explain and warn about risks
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Since this is a family-run business, the CEO/owner should really be sensitive to suggestions and reviews before the company loses all customers and employees.
Expect deteorating product quality and customer churn because the management does not see value in testing and documentation and because the development teams are only a fraction of their previous size.

My team is nice, but I am not happy about the management.

Unclear. The management talks about "the new world" with new products and technologies, what will happen to the employees who reach pension age in a few years?
