Cultural differences between managers and employees are too big. No willingness to adapt available.

You'll get a bunch of e-mails in the typical corporate design from partners/managing partners that are not relevant to you and you don't have time to read anyway.

Work-Life-Balance
Obviously work-life-balance is a joke. Be constantly on call. In your spare time you have to be prepared for phone calls in order to do things immediatly. Superiors do not take into account different time zones.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Communication with the Managers from abroad was the worst: they didn't know how to give constructive feedback, to deal with conflicts and to talk respectfully to solve one: Screaming and sarcasm were used instead of wise communication when a problem arises. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Probably also a reason is that those come from Dubai and India and people among them are worth nothing. Lack of humanity the only thing that Counts is Money. A lot of talk and nothing behind it.

No previous knowledge was required for this position. No learning opportunity, routinized work. Employees are replaceable. Not interesting tasks!

Equality between men and women exists. Regarding beginners and newcomers, however, little understanding and helpfulness.

Office space too small. Too many employees in the open-plan office. No opportunities for retreat. Much too loud and uninterrupted annoying noises.
