Unfortunately from the outside it looks like the image is good and also the management thinks that. But the employees are unhappy and often it is perceived as a toxic work environment. At least a lot of events are planed that bring some what of a feel-good moment.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Internal learning sessions are very interesting, well planned and regard relevant topics. On the other hand when one wants to talk about promotions the meetings to talk about it, are systematically postponed for several months to prolong the process or unjustified reasons are given, why it's not possible. The issue that there are no perspectives for employees is know by the management and they are working on a solution.
