Unfortunately from the outside it looks like the image is good and also the management thinks that. But the employees are unhappy and often it is perceived as a toxic work environment. At least a lot of events are planed that bring some what of a feel-good moment.

Internal learning sessions are very interesting, well planned and regard relevant topics. On the other hand when one wants to talk about promotions the meetings to talk about it, are systematically postponed for several months to prolong the process or unjustified reasons are given, why it's not possible. The issue that there are no perspectives for employees is know by the management and they are working on a solution.

Very intransparent salaries, especially for those that are not originally from CH the salary is very low.

Only meatless food options. Electricity consumption is displayed.

Depending on the superior, no one wants to take responsibility for mistakes are they are shifted back and forth.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice and central building but the furniture is outdated. It's always a bit messy but I guess thats ok in a creative environment.
Kommunikation
A lot of restructuring that doesn't allow to grow team-spirit, or to build trust, which is highly important for creativity as well as intransparent communication about relevant business decisions.
Interessante Aufgaben
While the agency works with impressive clients, the projects themselves often turn out to be quite mundane.
