Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I think every employee at Logifleet know how important their role is : everyone matter and I also feel like my job is fully rewarded. The team spirit is strong, the communication is great even between german-speaker and french-speaker (I communicate in English with them as I dont know german yet). The work is also challenging and entertaining, with a lot of ideas for innovation. Nothing scare nobody here and I feel like the work is done as fast and as good as it could.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
A consequence of having fewer, but more responsible employee could make people here feel a bit pressurized. However Logifleet as recruited more people in order to lighten the pressure on some of the key roles.
Having no substitute for my position forces me to write documentation and communicate as much as I can in case something bad happened to me, which is not really a bad thing in the development world.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Logifleet already improved our quality of life by giving us 1 more week for holiday and 2 home office day per month. I think we need to let some time pass to see if other things could be improved, as a lot have already been done !

Very good athmosphere in the whole company. In challenging time, the people here know how to stay human and decide for the best solution without altering the general mood of the company.

Great communication between the management, sales, and technicians. The useful informations are always given without delay without polluting the work.

As a back end developer, I am super close to my coworker. We often party together after work !

The product is so interresting and the work so positively challenging that it's sometime difficult for me to take a break from it !

The working conditions are great : the office are quiet and in a relaxed and constructive mood. The offices have also been renewed in Lausanne as a full project to improve the quality of work.

As we provide geolocation for cars and a lot of tools around it, I'm carpooling everyday to go to work. You can also sense a culture of valorizing the swiss made product and swiss companies as partners when working at Logifleet.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The company tries its best to valorize the employee. If the salary compensation is not enough, we can openly discuss in order to get a compensation in other format (depending on the need of the employee).
