- Slightly below average salary, especially from manager level upwards
- Positive: Monthly flat-rate expenses

Miserable supervisor behavior at the partner level:
- 2 of the 3 current partners have very little consulting experience (around 7 and 10 years)
- Customers are often lied to directly in their faces
- Employees are treated manipulatively
Kommunikation
At the global level: Successes are celebrated and communicated, losses ignored and never mentioned
In the Zurich office: It is always communicated only in a positive sense and in case of negative issues the headquartet is always portrayed as the guilty one
