good start but then many promises are not fulfilled
Ex-Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung nicht mehr im Bereich Forschung / Entwicklung gearbeitet.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- good salary
- good advertisement that it is an employer with flexible work arrangements (which is not possible)
- what is possible: Home Office, but nearly all Team is most time doing homeoffice
- benefits
- work itself was great and study teams also (you can learn a lot)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- D&I is not in place, only presentations but in real it is unfortunately not a psychological safe place
- no flexible work Arrangements to help the employee overcome special situations in life and no help from HR
- no approach to change something
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- value your employees and try to keep them. Unfortunately lots of people left because of the management :( it was great time when the hub was build and so sad how it is now.

When the Hub was build it was tried and within the Team it is great atmosphere but the management is not up to date and employees are bullied

The spirit within the Team was great but the management is a disaster.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There might be some good and real leaders but most of them do micromanagement and don‘t value the work of the team. New ideas are not taken into consideration. Especially the upper management does not listen to different opinions, they just do and see what is best for themselves. D&I is just on the paper but not the real world.

No. They advertise it but unfortunately there is not.
