The management is friendly and spreads a nice atmosphere across the company. There is a relax, friendly vibe in the Zürich office. The overall atmosphere is nice, with respect, professionalism and humour. Which is not easy to find everywhere.

The company promotes transparency in its internal and external communications. The tone is open and respectful. The company strategy is clear and related targets clearly communicated to the employees. Still, some HR comms could be improved.

Various team events are organised along the year. The atmosphere is fun and friendly.

The company enables a great work-life balance. Working hours are quite flexible. Employees willing to reduce their % of work can discuss it openly with their managers. Extra hours are not a must, or can be openly discussed. Parenthood duties (maternity and paternity leaves, sick child days, etc.) are well accepted. Dogs are welcome at the workplace.

Supervisor sets goals based on the company strategy and discusses them openly with the employees. Decisions are discussed first, found in a collegial way or sometimes management has the last saying but shares it openly.

The flat hierarchy ensures, in a way, that the tasks are shared with the right mix of interesting vs. less interesting but must-do tasks between colleagues of a same team. Employees can also propose projects on which they want to work and these can be accepted if they serve the company objectives or make sense.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Good computers, great coffee machine, an office located in Zürich. For the rest, it's start-up mode, the company does not spend money in comfy sofas but employees can co-design the space to make it cozier during some team events and the office has really a special, cool vibe to it.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Recycling is organised, lunch boxes available in the kitchen for employees getting take-away food during lunch breaks. All Co2 emissions are compensated with MyClimate. The neon green product (sustainable account) spreads its values across the company. Most of people have a good environment consciousness and contribute to the overall company culture.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries are paid on time.
Since the start-up is not yet profitable, and due to its values, there are no fringe benefits coming with the salary. Salaries are at or a bit below the market average. Employees have discount on company shares during crowdinvesting campaigns.
There is no access to further education/ trainings. There is no paternity leave but it can be negotiated as unpaid or holiday. Maternity leave is below 100% of salary.
