I have noticed during the many years I spent at Randstad that it is exactly why people suddenly disappeared from the sales-floor, when they said something the management did not like… having an opinion is a human right even if the management does not think so and it is easier to eliminate people for their opinion…
I guess this is the opposite of democracy going on there where better not to belong.

Happy employees don’t feel the need to write how amazing here everything is, because satisfied people think that is how it should be and they have better things to do after work than writing here.
Happy employees especially do not write about other people who were ‘fired’ because happy employees simply don’t care about this- only HR departments want to protect the company image so much…
Do not give such improvement advice to ‘get rid of nay-sayers sooner’ because it is simply childish and very very disrespectful!
Where is all that integrity and values you preach about if you speak like this about your employees?

I am pretty sure you hired those people back then for a reason (if your company culture is really that amazing you mention) and just because you do not like their opinion now they are still humans whose opinions should be respected and considered…
Otherwise you will notice less and less people will actually say something and just leave, thus who will bring profit?
