The products are exciting, even if there is still room for improvement. The interaction with colleagues is nice and the work-life balance is very good.
Internal communication is non-existent; most people at management level lack social competence; investments are only made in sales tools, all other areas are neglected.
Internal communication needs to be improved. More attention needs to be paid to social competence when promoting people.
Great colleagues; In general, people with high egoism potential and a lot of elbow mentality are promoted
Gute Work-Life-Balance
poor pension fund benefits; however, since the company hires almost only young employees and they are not yet concerned with the pension fund, this is probably not a problem.
No special social responsibility measures
Good team leaders. Some members of the top management lacks social competence.
Payment in other EU countries is competitive. In Switzerland, our wages are rather poor.
There is almost no internal communication. I usually find out that people have left because their email or Slack account is no longer active. There is no HR, only recruiters. No HR staff present.
The opportunity to be really involved in a variety of projects where your opinion is taken into account
Really nothing bad, just some fine tuning that you can find everywhere
PriceHubble is truly an ideal employer for anyone who wants to get involved and have an impact on their employer's activities. With these ambitious and forward-looking projects, an even more agile training policy would be the icing on the cake.
Great colleagues. The product seemed good.
Everything - there's no saving grace - worst employer in my career so far.
To the leadership team - since efficiency is so important to you - perhaps you should consider starting with yourselves and quit.
Good colleagues. Terrible leaders.
I'm not sure it has one.
Ok -but they will check all that you do on a daily basis - big brother is watching!
I know of colleagues that were promoted to new roles, only to be made redundant weeks later. That says everything.
Salaries are competitive but benefits are non existent. The company lacks professional HR.
No focus on social or environmental causes.
Great colleagues, good collaborative working environment. Senior leaders are complicated - country leaders are competing with one another, very bad cross-borders collaboration.
There are none to speak to or of.
A big boys club - only men at the top.
Terrible, people disappear from one day to the next. Projects become unimportant overnight. You are made to feel that your job is non-important.
There is none - colleagues are here one day and gone the next
Not a place to work if you are a woman. Senior leaders (not all) display bullish behaviors.
Everything that's not sales is not important or efficient enough.
