there are many clicks, those clicks are made by people who have been working there for very long time, consisting usually of 2-3 people, those clicks are closed off to new employees, with a lot of arrogance, you may not even hear "hello" from many employees, a lot of immaturity, workplace has been confused with pub or discotheque or similar venue

it`s a place with indirect communications style, problems are not being addressed according to the principle "Rahn is the best and everyone at Rahn is the best", below the surface, the company struggles with very basics, such as respect, tolerance, ethic not to mention other aspects

intolerant place that lacks diversity, to this extent that if you live in the city be prepared for toxic comments about living in the city, going to the restaurants etc

disrespectful, insulting, downgrading behaviour may occur
