Arbeitsatmosphäre
Toxic atmosphere, where everyone is speaking about each other behind their backs. Nobody is willing to work as a team, and the owner is micromanaging everything.
Work-Life-Balance
The CEO expects to be available 24/7. If you are not available at weekends or on your vacation days, they use it to give you bad reviews and blame you for being a bad employe.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No internal program, and external education not wanted by the management.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Mediocre salaries, standard Swiss social benefits, no raises to balance inflation, only 12 monthly payments.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
A more eco friendly solution for a non eco friendly industry. Regarding social behavior, nobody cares for your free time, and you get shamed, even threatened with your layoff, if you insist on your free time.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
No real team spirit, everybody is working for themselves. Some co-workers even try to bring bad blood into the company, by speaking bad about them with their superiors.

Our head of marketing was fired during a sick leave with a burnout...enough said!!!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
If they are unhappy with you, they can not tell it straight to your face. The superiors are also bringing bad blood into the company, by speaking bad about everybody, if they are not around. In my time within the company an employe was fired, during his sick leave with a burnout. They treat workers like robots and don't care about you as a human being.
Arbeitsbedingungen
No structure, no strategy, no idea how the company should look like within the next 5 years. If you love to work with no plan, but a lot of expectations, this is your dream place to work. If you like a company with a structure and clear responsibilities, stay away.
Kommunikation
Bad communication style, with no clear communication guidelines. The management communicates pretty aggressive and is expecting everybody to be available at any time, even on weekends and in holidays.
Interessante Aufgaben
The challenge to setup a new brand in a competing market, would be really interesting. Sadly, that's the only thing positive to say about that company. Even if the task would be interesting, the management fumbles any chance to make the brand a success, as they have no real experience in the spirits business.
