The company should listen to its employees, because very good ones are hired. The company should follow through with its strategy and not change it every week. There is no need for internal marekting and therefore everything should not be glossed over.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Most of the employees get along well with each other. However, the office is mostly empty and depending on the department that has to be in the office at the time, you feel like you're in a kindergarten.
Kommunikation
Poor communication and this despite the fact that a company-wide meeting is held every week. However, these meetings are misused for internal marketing and everything is sold in an extremely positive way and does not correspond to the truth at all.

Most have it good, but there are also many who exploit every weakness of the other for their own purposes.

Good work-life balance. Very flexible working hours, nothing to improve.

Fits the company, on the one hand it is pretended that everything is great, but on the other hand no support and nothing is kept what was promised.

Unbelievable company policy. As long as you do what they want, everything is great. As soon as you have a different opinion, you are punished in the long term. No difference between men and women - in this respect, equality is very good.

Arbeitsbedingungen
Open-plan office without noise insulation and therefore it is correspondingly loud. You can hear the colleagues from the other side of the office when they talk a bit louder. When you are on the phone, you have to turn off the microphone when you are not talking, otherwise the other party hears everything. IT equipment is okay with a big screen and good laptops. However, there are only shared desks in the office that you have to book and they all use the same headset and keyboard which is not very hygienic. The desks themselves are rarely tidy and sometimes dirty.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Environmental awareness is simply non-existent. Never seen a company that travels around the world so much unnecessarily.

Social benefits according to the legal minimum, except that they know two extra weeks for paternity leave. Salary in the lower midfield.

Some colleagues praise the company to the skies and others don't say a good word. Reality is somewhere in the middle.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
As a yes-man, there are possibilities. But if you have a different opinion, the possibilities are over. Good trained employees are hired, but in the end it goes in the direction that is given by the management.
