Depends on the team. Good people quit due to incompetent and fear-based upper management who resort to manipulations and gaslighting as they feel threatened by employees who know how to do their job.

Although the company advocates for and "promoted" WLB, you are expected to be available outside of working hours.

Extremely old-fashioned equipment; the office is grey, you cannot open the windows, no ventilation. After the working day, one feels exhausted.
