Arbeitsatmosphäre
Management in general has been greatly improved and is more responsive to the employees. They also talk to the employees on a regular basis in order to make them fully satisfied, except hr they are more of an enemy than a friend. Does not affect all employees from the hr departement. They shout at the employees, discriminate against them and do not solve problems but push them aside. The cooperation is impossible. Tasks of the hr are passed on to others who do not know what to do with them or who are not responsible. Normally the department should be a point of contact for everyone but they do not listen to you or they never have time. They also do things themselve without consulting other supervisors. For many this is a reason for termination.

the communication between the departments is very bad.

now and then you get tasks that have nothing to do with your own job and this is very annoying from time to time
