Officially trust-based and inclusive. In reality depending on line manager. Majority traditional Italian. Micromanagement and bias determine the atmosphere.

can be competitive, as there are only few promotions.

depending on the function. often overtime and weekend work are required.

discriminating... expectation is that orders are followed without questioning. Input is not valued.
