dont expect anything. Its all about the top management perspective, whom you dont want to be relying on.

Terrible. As soon as u provided your network, be sure to be kicked if you dont bend to the blackmailing and request for changing contracts after working 8 months on a common basis of understanding. Respectless and no shame at all. Ego before shareholders and partners.
