Very friendly and loyal team
Get more known in the local ecosystem as it's a great company to work for!
Amazing working atmosphere, lots of fun & really on eye-level. The team and vision allows you to constantly improve and bring in your own ideas. Lots of great team events as well ;)
As 27p is still a small company, it's much easier to define your own path than in big corporates. Lots of opportunities to grow.
Competitive salary.
Loving the people!
Direct and open communication channels, easy-to-talk to everyone, get coaching and discussions and bring in own ideas. Feedback is asked a lot.
The tasks are great - you can really bring in your own ideas, take responsibility and grow your network both in the global and local startup ecosystem. There are tons of opportunities to learn from everyone as well.
The big vision, but also the hands-on experience as well. There is hard work behind creating an incredible culture, and you can see that after just a couple of days in.
Nothing.
Keep growing, keep involving the team in decisions, keep up the super cool culture, keep pushing your team to grow individually and as teams.
Family-like atmosphere; super comfortable workspaces. You sense a spirit of support not only within your team but from colleagues working in different areas/teams. There is also something in the air pushing you to get better at what you do. It is probably the sense of the super smart and capable people working around you.
Super positive. Founders have a great track record behind them and are up to making the VCL model a worldwide used corporate venturing tool.
You work hard, that's for sure, but it pays back in many forms. There are tons of things to learn, the work is not monotonous since you get to handle different projects at a time with different tech focuses. It's for you if you are ready to invest maybe a bit more of your time for being part of something big, contributing to a big vision, being part of the startup-scene not only in Germany but globally.
Very positive, there is definitely room to grow, especially at a fast-growing company.
Competitive salary.
The people are incredible. Super friendly, super smart as well.
Flat hierarchy. You can talk to any of the founders or the managers directly with full confidence.
Superb.
Open communication channels, feedback from you is asked very often, whether it be for office ideas, hiring new team members, and much more.
Definitely. Tons to learn from each of them as well.
Throughout my internship, I always felt the support of the entire team and my ideas for improvement were never ignored. This gave me the opportunity to reach my full potential by taking on a multitude of additional responsibilities one is highly unlikely to encounter at any large organization or even startup as an intern!!!
As a young company the paths for development are not as clearly defined as in a large organization. However, that is an immense opportunity for people who are high motivated self-starters with high ambitions who seek out new opportunities/responsibilities!
My responsibilities are not limited by neither the job description nor any supervisor. This enables me to apply my skills besides the day-to-day business and allows me to bring all my ideas for improvement to the table.
