Along with the enrichment of individual work relationships, we are working on improving the overall working conditions of all on-site as well as remote employees, by strengthening collaboration and eliminating “capsuling” specific teams from the rest. By introducing further benefits and perks (Business Bike & eGYM Wellpass) and improving the work conditions of our newly established 2nd floor in our Munich HQ (soundproofing the office space, additional phone booth, onboarding of dedicated Office Management, to name a few) due to our business success and therefore rapid growth in headcount, we were already successfully able to have a significant impact in the overall work experience, the health and well-being of our employees and the sustainability of our business operations. To further increase the employment longevity of our 4.screen employees, we are in the middle of launching a dedicated performance support system – to enhance everyone’s full potential. 4.everyone is one of our core values, meaning that we’ll help every one of us, including our founders, to succeed, whilst staying humble and human. Therefore, we will also work on improving our communication within the leadership team and beyond whilst creating a strong employer brand based on a strong 4.screen workforce.
