The work atmosphere was always great. I do not remember any stressful situations during the time I was working for 8-tree.
Kommunikation
Communication was one of the strong points of 8-tree. The team is small and it is always easy to reach out to all of your colleagues.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I always got along pretty well with all my colleagues not only during working hours but also in small gatherings organized. I liked each and every one of them. All the team is polite and very kind.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible hours, especially for me as a student, help a lot. You can easily balance university life and work-life as well. Home-office was also never a problem.
Interessante Aufgaben
I had never heard about this area before working at 8-tree and I am very happy I had this opportunity.
I found what they are doing so innovative and so useful.
