My offer was cancelled before I even started. Now I understand: it´s good I didn´t join adjust. As I see, there are many people who had the same experience as I did.
Just a little note for HR:
When scheduling a Skype interview for half an hour, as an interviewer you should at least try not to be more than 10 minutes late. If that's not possible, it would be a good idea to suggest a new appointment and maybe even apologize.
Simply assuming that the other person will wait dutifully and you can then extend the appointment at will without even asking may be OK if you work at Adjust, but not at a job interview.
By the way: "Oh, yeah, I was in an important meeting." isn't an apology, it will rather make the applicant feel fooled...
– Keep better track of communication with applicants. I hadn't heard anything regarding my application until I received an email saying that Adjust was "still waiting for me to complete a task" (?) and wanted to know if I was no longer interested. They had never contacted me. They said that the "email must have gotten lost," but clearly admitting the mistake on their end would've been appreciated.
– Don't expect applicants to work for free. Labor should never be unpaid, neither should it be requested so early in the process, before one even has an interview.
– Tasks should be better organized—even the formatting matters. I didn't get a positive impression from the files related to the job I was asked to complete.
– If your point of contact with an applicant has always been the same, don't have a different person write to them to turn them down. It feels disrespectful.
– The least a company can do after getting unpaid work and not even offering an HR talk to the applicant is to give feedback. They said they could provide feedback, I asked for it, and never heard back from Adjust. After spending hours of my life on an unpaid task, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.
Ich bekam direkt nach meiner Bewerbung eine automatisierte Eingangsbestätigung und schon 2-3 Tage später die Nachricht, dass ich leider nicht weiter im Prozess bin. Schade, aber die schnelle Reaktion gab mit die Gelegenheit, mich direkt wieder auf andere Bewerbungen zu konzentrieren.

Below is my feedback of my recent interview.
1. The first step was a test round ----This step is necessary as it gives an idea about the candidate capability.
2. The second round was a Skype call with 2 HR. -----The HR was very hasty as seemed to get the interview over and done quickly.
I was constantly interrupted while answering and asked me questioned without letting me answer the previous question.
3. I got a rejection mail, mentioned that the Sales team did not find me a good fit. Now my question, without testing my knowledge and skills in
the role I have applied for, How can the Sales team decide my applicant. I never got the opportunity to speak to any member of the sale team.
After successfully completing the first test round, how was the sales team able to decide that I do not match the required needs.
4. I asked the HR for feedback, requesting what the currents needs are, and areas where they felt I lacked. To this I have not a response till now.
A biased and unfair recruiting process at Adjust!!
Hire more competent people for HR, before the few ones working there break their neck due to the extreme workload and pressure.
27 minutes after I submitted my application I got an answer and was scheduled for the very next day for an interview via Skype. The interview was well structured, nice and professionell. All my questions have been answered and the next steps were explained. About 30 minutes after my first interview I got an invite for the second round. That again was a Skype call with the team I would work with. It was less general but very specific about the position. The adjust team just knew what they were looking for. The last step would have been a personal interview, a few tests and a getting to know the office. Sadly it never came to that. But of course again, the answer came super fast, only one working day later. It would have been a blast to work with adjust. Keep the good work up!
The company answered my application in 5 working days (in comparison, most of other companies got back to me within 24h).
However, the recruiting process took only 4 days! By far the fastest, friendliest and most flexible HR I've ever dealt with.
Auf der Firmenwebseite sind derzeit 15 Stellen ausgeschrieben. Wenn man sich jedoch auf einer dieser Stellen bewirbt, bekommt man die Nachricht, dass die Firma keine Stellen ausgeschrieben habe?
So verdient kununu Geld.
