Arbeitsatmosphäre
Usually the different teams get along quite well eg help with tasks, go for lunch together, have nights out etc. Depending on the supervisor positive feedback could be introduced as well as a more trustful atmosphere to encourage individual growth.
Kommunikation
On the same level communication is great, however with regards to supervisors there is still quite some potential left.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Some of the supervisors seem to be great people managers. I guess I was just not lucky.
