Verbesserungsvorschläge
Ich hätte mir mehr Transparenz im Bewerbungsverfahren gewünscht. Direkt am Anfang wurde eine ungewöhnlich zeitaufwendige Case Study erwartet (geschätzte Arbeitszeit 6 Stunden). Nach dem ich diese abgegeben hatte kam nach über 3 Wochen die Absage ohne Nennung von irgendwelchen Gründen. Das finde ich höchst unprofessionell.

- Ich habe folgende Case Study erhalten:

- ai|coustics develops Generative AI Speech Enhancement algorithms. It offers its technology as a B2C SaaS web application, as well as a B2B SDK/API for system integration into any type of audio software or hardware. The main strategic goals of the company are: (1) evaluate different verticals and market segments, (2) increase brand visibility, and (3) establish industry partnerships.
- Please prepare a business development strategy (which may include marketing activities) detailing how you would achieve these objectives. The plan should outline specific actions that can be implemented by a small team, rather than general guidelines.
- BONUS:
- Choose a potential customer in a market segment of your choice and explain how you would approach and ultimately win them over. Attach a draft email.
- Additionally, please answer the following questions:
- 1. Why do you want to work in a startup and why at ai|coustics? What particular challenges do you see in adapting to a role at ai|coustics compared to your previous role?
- 2. What specific work experience do you have that could benefit the ai|coustics team? (List a maximum of three specific experiences)
