Despite the leadership of this company being German, while working on a partial contract for them, they refuse to issue the two typical German documents needed by any employee.

As a result I had to use a lawyer to receive them.

Since I was also employed on a freelancer contract with the company, my last freelancing bill was not paid because of me asking for the German rightful documents as above.

I am currently being blackmailed for this last invoice, and I will not be paid unless I sign on one side did not disparagement agreement, sign away my intellectual property, and sinus statement that I have never got to work with them.

My interpretation of this conflict is that this company uses people for whom they don't release the German documents and other result the company can claim that they have done the work themselves instead of employing other people.
