We take your concerns seriously, especially regarding inclusivity and diversity, which are core values for us. We can absolutely assure you that AND-E is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees, regardless of age, gender, origin, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability or sexual orientation. We conduct corporate surveys on the regular basis to ensure we are on the right way.

Let us share some hard facts. 20% of our colleagues have been with us for more than 3 years, 14% for more than 6 years and even 26% for more than 10 years. People development is a high priority for us, that’s why we do our best to take over our interns for junior roles, to promote our employees to senior and management positions and much more. For sure it’s one of the reasons for our employee satisfaction rate to be higher than 80%.

We employ some team members beyond retirement age and have hired almost 20 new colleagues aged 50+ in the last two years (four of whom are 60 years old). Our proportion of women is 46% (including management positions).

So, considering these verifiable figures and the feedback from other colleagues on this platform, maybe you can understand, why your comment surprises us so much.
