Great sustainable company but only 2 days homeoffice per week. Bad pension plan. Bad IT systems. No inflation correction

Sustainable company, great freedom to do the tasks you want and they pay for education to learn about it. Very rich company so money never a big problem.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The pension is made in an "Unterstützungskasse" and not a "Direktversicherung", so if you switch to another employer you cannot take with you your pension.
Does not have a works council / Betriebsrat so often they take decisions against normal employees

Very hard to get a salary increase, but very easy to get your education / training paid. Their salaries do not adapt to inflation, so as long as you work there your real salary will go down. Executives get really big bonuses because the company makes so much money.
