The most boring job I have ever had. This is not a place to work for an experienced IT person. If you decided to work in a datacenter, go for the big boys such as Microsoft, Oracle or Google! AWS rules and policies are insane. Moreover, they hire a lot of inexperienced technician due to expansion. A lot of good technicians always leave the company

AWS cares about their image as a customer-centric. There is a potential but a few managers just focus on their promotion and not the technicians
