Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Nobody cares about the employees, their thoughts, what is good, etc. All the people with experience and ideas are silenced or dumped. The employees are scare to be the next one.

Change the management or work in the culture of the company since it is very toxic!

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Some colleagues are very professionals, but there are other colleagues who are rude, with bad attitude, promoting gossips and seeking to throw their other colleagues under a bus just to position themselves better.

Kommunikation

Between your team it could be a good communication, but don't expect that from other teams or management. There are 0 communication approach, and it seems that is better if the employees doesn't know everything in the company.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

No way of collaboration, each team is working independently and if you suggest something automatically is taken as you are stepping in their jobs. No room of feedback/improvement at all.

Work-Life-Balance

Nobody is checking if you are doing your hours, some colleagues are working extra hours, some are barely working. Remote work is possible, but get ready to get emails or teams messages outside your working hours.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The manager's behaviour is very poor.
Some managers take the attitude of I don't like this person and next day is out, without any valid point.
They promote inexperienced people, how a 19 year old person is Global Manager? nobody knows but it is allowed.

Interessante Aufgaben

Even when you are manager or specialist in certain area you need to always ask to the management (C-level, director or the chief of staff) for approval in your daily task! Basically no trust as all, no room for development, no room of create or enjoy your work.

Gleichberechtigung

0! Those topics are not relevant for the management, they have the attitude of I don't care and everyone is talking about this and is not relevant for us.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

They don't want to have "old" people at the company.
If you are older than some managers, this could be an issue.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Some teams can request certain equipment but for other teams ask for a basic software is a no way.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

0! Nobody cares.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

If you don't ask for an increase in your salary, then you will keep the same salary over years. They also don't offer increase in the salary right away, they tend to offer "bonus" that nobody is clear how and when will you get and is not mention in your contract.

Too much gossip, everyone is talking about everyone in a bad way. Some managers are talking bad about other teams and making them to look like the dumb ones.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

If you are close to the management, then you can growth otherwise not possible at all.
