thanks for your rating and the feedback on your time at Applause. We appreciate your feedback very much.

While we are always working on making sure that our employees have challenging and interesting tasks and obviously regret that you did not fully enjoy your responsibilities. Unfortunately, we cannot make every and all job-tasks fun.

We have career paths in place for all departments and are regularly updating career levels and career paths to reflect the personal and professional development of our employees. Of course, we require our employees to demonstrate over a certain period of time excelling in their work before we can move them to the next level.

Indeed, we also have a dog-friendly culture at Applause and see that a lot of our employees value this very much as it gives them the opportunity to bring their dog to work. We communicate this clearly during the hiring process and also include this in our job advertisements so that everyone joining Applause is aware of this. Our dog policy states that all dogs must behave in a way it does not distract our employees.
