Perhaps one should care a little more about the trainees and give them decent work without time pressure at least from time to time. What is very good is that in the last year of the apprenticeship an industry and chamber of commerce course is paid so that they can pass the exam. That saves wasting time with the training plans

you can switch from retraining interns to management in 4 years and the whole thing back again. As a managing director you only have to give your name for the legal regulations. That looks good or bad on your CV, depends on which wave you are on .
