Invest more on applications that can help boost productivity on projects even when they might require licensing. Everything else is great.

The working atmosphere is awesome here. In general, there is positive morale among colleagues and promotes learning constantly. Working space is clean, bright and spacious with interesting designs. There are open desks great for team collaboration as well as for productive work individually.
Kommunikation
All communications between colleagues and supervisors are open and honest. Majority of the employees here speaks great English, hence it is easy to ask for help when encountering problems whether it is work or life related. Yet it is frustrating sometimes, as a German learner, to comprehend meeting contents/trainings when it is done in German, which is totally understandable since communicating technical details is hard when using a second language. It is always good to ask for summaries and clarifications after the meeting.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
areto truly is the best in terms of colleague relationships. Family value is emphasized here, they want to make sure that everyone feels included. Upon my arrival at the company, I was greeted with warm welcomes and get to enjoy new learning and cultural experiences. There are always interesting team building events where they help new colleagues to settle in, have fun and grow together.

areto offers great work-life balance. Working time is flexible, which generates a positive momentum where you can allocate time for yourself to rest and be more productive at work.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
areto implement the agile project development method SCRUM, which sometimes makes the admins direct "supervisors", especially when working on internal projects. No matter how busy they are, supervisors care about the team progresses. If questions are brought to the table, they will respond in a timely manner and help you with them. If a problem arises that is too complex, meetings will be set up where the team and the supervisor will review the problem and give directions to solve the issue.
Interessante Aufgaben
Projects are interesting and a bit challenging to work on especially when you have little experience in DWH related topics. The work requires you to constantly learning a new tool or skillset in the industry and apply problem-solving skills. In the end, the more challenging it gets the more rewarding you will feel.
