Take care of your employees. Listen. Allow them to offer suggestions and constructive criticism before they consider to leave your company. Take it seriously and you should not feel offended by that. Also please be kind to those who choose to leave. There is a reason for the evaluations here. All of this is my subjective perception!

In my case (and my subjective perception) a lot of pressure, workload and frustration but I had some really good colleagues I could talk to.
Kommunikation
Well, in my opinion too much communication going on there with a poor amount of consistency. Talking in circles repeating the same content again and again. I assume you probably want to offer me to contact you. I always speak up for myself and I did that also at the time. No need to talk anymore, Thank you!
