Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

well everyone leaves at 12 in Friday. Its a curse and a blessing too

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Without guidelines even a Major MNC can fall short in success. I would say ask the Department Managers to work in a transparent way so that everyone can understand the working process

Verbesserungsvorschläge

I can't suggest any improvement as Secretary's take a lot of decisions here with zero to none technical knowledge. New ideas won't be pursued, and existing management doesn't let anyone win except their own. If you want to fire an employee who trusted you and your organization and move for a job around 500 kilometers. Surprisingly, you terminate the same guy after 4 months is a new low level management. If the company is going through losses why the heck do you wanna recruit people?

Interessante Aufgaben

Its toxic here. One has to learn the tasks by doing but you have to do exactly hoe they expect without saying.

Gleichberechtigung

There is nothing like that in here. Its always your supervisor and your department head decision.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

some of them are good but don't help in working conditions when you are new. If you are an Intentional person just forget it.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Its depressing and exhausting to work here. I was given tasks which I did with flying colors. In the end there wanted to remove me and they did by giving simple reasons. Its more of politics than regular 9 to 5 job.
