Arbeitsatmosphäre

Colleagues will gossip about you. Some seem to be placed in teams specifically to collect and provide information about you to management, from their narrow perspective. Don't be surprised when a manager doesn't talk to you but has a distorted image formed about you out of nowhere.

Kommunikation

HR is either understaffed or prefers to ignore colleagues. And it's a norm.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Depends on a team. The people you work with most might be ok, but when it comes to work between teams, expect a lot of negligence and lack of responsibility

Work-Life-Balance

4 day work week, wfh is nice to have... if you have thick skin and work under pressure well.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Middle management has no clue how to work with people they do not report to or those not directly involved in their career ladder.

Interessante Aufgaben

Depends on the team, but prepare to deal with decades(!!!) old technology

Gleichberechtigung

Students and generally younger employees are discriminated, especially in terms of pay. Doesn't matter your experience and output, you haven't been enough to the company and don't fit the average age there = no good pay

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Quite a few older colleagues, often for the reason they are the only ones who know how to run dinosaur age services.

They pay on time, 4 day work week.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

At least they try.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

It's about average in the industry, don't expect much given 4 day work week, which is often used (or implied) as an excuse not to give you a raise.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There is some room, but don't expect much. Prepare to sit someone for years before they leave.
