Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
That they employ students and don't pay them for their work (in my case I had to go to court to get paid and got my first installment after more than one year of having worked for them).
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is good as long as they need you to continue working for them. After you start claiming that they pay what they owe you (more than 4 months work in my case), the relationship with the employers becomes very tense and unpredictable (they lye regarding payment, then stopped answering my calls. I had to hire a lawyer and go to court to get payed).

They asked me to go to work on the same day, have no organization nor consideration with their employees.

No possibilities to develop a career.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There is absolutely no career development with the company, they just need to get new people quick because they can't count on older employees since they had conflict with all of them (mostly by not paying them).
Kommunikation
Absolute lack of communication when the company doesn't want to pay for your work. They systematically lie on the phone saying that they transfer the money even if they didn't (this can last for weeks). Finally they just stop answering the phone and don't reply emails or messages. The only way to finally communicate with them was through a lawyer.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The company hires people as freelancers (auf Rechnungsbasis) to regularly work for other companies, therefore violating all rules regarding the nature of a freelance job and avoiding paying social charges and health insurance (Scheinselbstständigkeit).
