Finally find a straight strategy. All these changes all the time makes us look like a chicken without a head. The company made itself too depend on partnerships and apparently the partners struggle on their own.
I'm more than worried about the prospective strategy and together with the layoffs it feels like a sinking ship.

It's just work, work, work. I was missing quite often the empathy of the management.

Some weeks ago they said they try not to fire anyone. Now the layoff must have been decided within one day. In the OKR meeting they were announcing that Billie is not doing well so I think everyone did their best to make it better but in the layoff process the performance wasn't assessed.

Since the founders are workaholics and classic consultants, they expect everyone to do all the time extra hours. There was nearly no day where I finished after 8 hours.

Weak - sometimes they were even working against their own team if they saw some kind of backlash. Instead of taking the ownership, they were passing it to the workers. In general, it didn't see a clear strategy and every project was adjusted all the time
Interessante Aufgaben
They work itself is fantastic and I really love it. However, my managers come up all the time with redundant tasks that block everyone from doing the actual job. Sometimes, I felt like a circus because strategies are changing every 2 months
Gleichberechtigung
One founder and few females are in higher positions. Some teams don't have women at all and it's in general an alpha male company culture. The share of women is quite low and I don't see that women get enough promoted. The same applies if you don't have a consultancy background.

Everyone is treated fairly although people should be around 30-40 years on average.

The office is nice - rooftop terrace and gym is included; Macbooks etc. is also there

I guess the image changed a lot since yesterday because it showed that it doesn't matter how good your work is you can't influence the decision over staying at the company or not
