I have loved working for Billie, it has helped me grow as a person for sure. There have been some really tough interactions with customers that have allowed me to learn how to deal with conflict as well as unique situations that have required me to think outside the box. Some days are most definitely more stressful than others, customers aren't always the nicest, but having amazing coworkers and managers makes even the worst days not too bad.

Some workflow operations could be simplified. We should be finding ways to streamline what we are doing and not have to worry about following a system so closely. If we trust our employees to do their jobs well, our leadership will have more time to make a positive impact on the team.

I wish we had clearer paths to getting to the jobs and roles that we want. If I want to get into upper management, there should be a clearer path to get there, ambiguity can be very helpful in this field, but not between a company and its employees.
