The communication and attitude should be honest, realiable, trustworthy, transparent, repectful. Commitments should be dealed like commitments, sth. which is worth to talk about, also in the case they need to be adjusted and not broken single-sided.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Depending on the area of the company. One of the CEO leads the consulting teams without transparency, without reliability on written and verbal commitments in the topics of projects, travel and work agreements. Furthermore sexist comments to women. Consultants have to pay in advance all travel costs which can sum up to over 2000€ until the get refunded.
Kommunikation
Overall the communication of the CEOs is far below modern leadership standards regarding transparency, clear, open, respectful, trustworthy, reliable, coherent. Consultants get fired out of the blue and nobody understands why. Verbal and written agreements are worth nothing in this company if they effect the employee.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
depending on the team in the company. In general the consultants have to be able to get their jobs, projects and customer support, done by themselves because they are on the projects by themselves.
Work-Life-Balance
In the consulting team the expectation is that the job has the hightes priority in your life. Family or other private matters don´t matter, regardless of your ability to get your job done. It´s important to be present in the company, even after 5.00 pm friday evening, regardless if you have all your tasks and projects under control.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Depending on the team. Overall the ability of the CEOs to communicate respectfull and trustworthy in conflict situations is below modern standard of CEOs. They don´t see themselves responsible for dealing with conflicts or tricky situations with employees. Therefore employees get blamed or other repectles comments which just deteriote the atmosphere. There is a lot of tension in the air and a high fluctuation in the consulting teams.
Interessante Aufgaben
The main focus in the next years is the move from the older software to the newer one and accompany and support the clients during this process. Apart from that there might be few projects in the area of change or organisational development, but this is a minor part of the company, where professional know-how is missing.

There was only one colleage older then 50 in the whole company in Berlin.
Arbeitsbedingungen
In the consulting team up to 10 employees share one room while doing phone calls, etc. Often there were not enough work places so employees had to work in the kitchen...

There are freyuent trainings about the own software programms. Criteria for taking over leadership responsibiliy was unknown in the area of the consultants and seems to depend on personal relationship to the CEOs
