Not recommended due to poor management

The working atmosphere was so bad that several employees resigned. Management promises customers unrealistic deadlines. The employees suffer from it. Partially chaotic work. A lot of stress.

Communication was very bad. Many decisions were not communicated at all or were communicated very late. Employees were also informed differently.

The relationship between most colleagues was good. Poor management has caused employees to grow together. Colleagues have the same concerns.
Work-Life-Balance
Strongly depends... Some colleagues have to work a lot of overtime, others don't. Unfortunately, the overtime isn't worth it. Overtime and hard work were not rewarded.

Very poor management. Make false promises. No leadership recognizable. Management should motivate. Unfortunately, the opposite was usually the case. The management does not agree with each other in some cases, which the employees also notice.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Modern equipment. Comfortable office chairs. Height-adjustable desks. But... Office to small. To loud. Not enough toilets for the number of employees.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Far below other companies industry. Particularly bad considering the working hours. No additional benefits. Few vacation days. Overtime and hard work not rewarded.

Career within the company possible. The opportunities for personal development are very limited.
The company is okay for students as first internship. But you should move on quickly.
