Really low pay, non-netgotiable low pay. Stingy when it comes to vacation days (less then my national average). Unfair evaluation, resulting in: Hardly any possibilities for promotion. No perception or evaluation of one's own abilities. Fake dialogue/hypocrisy: Pretending on the part of management to value the opinions of employees - only to completely ignore them and ruthlessly impose their own goals.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Pay your employees fairly, according to their qualifications. Do not demotivate them by relentless, unrealistic revenue expectations. Do enable further education. Be less stingy when it comes to vacation days. Accept that there will be less demand during the summer months, for example - don't force a single employee to fill in for three colleagues who are on vacation.

Great, nice colleagues. But: Management is fake-listening. Pretending to listen to employee suggestions, but in the end ruthless enforcement of their own ideas and wishes.

Great, nice colleagues - who feel cornered and therefore stick togehter, not by choice but by necessity.

Overtime is unpaid, as per contract. Overtime is necessary, week after week, to reach the targets. Bad business practice.

Fake listening. What is known as 'middle management illness': Attentively listenting to employees opinions, while at the same time ruthlessley enforcing the corporate leadership's requirements. Yes, I could Slack any member of the corporate board, including the Chief Executive Officer, at any time. However, this remains without consequence and effect. Relevant decisions are made in advance. Employees are required to follow this. Discussions about targets between management and employees are fake, because suggestions and objections are not taken into account.
Interessante Aufgaben
Few challenges, no continuing education. Targets are set in advance. These then have to be met, no matter the circumstances.

Seems to be okay, even though are not many elderly colleagues aound.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Okay-ish. I work remotelty. My tasks are clear, so there is no boredom. There is an allowance for working from home. However, this allowance is too tight to cover the costs (internet, electricity, heating). An increase or adjustment to currently rising costs is not in sight. Too bad.

Okay-ish, as far as I can tell.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Low pay. Few opportunities for promotion. Resistance from management regarding adjustment to current inflation/cost increases. No possibility for individual salary negotiation as everything is tied into a rigid framework. Disappointing.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Little to no career opportunity. Although the company unveiled a new career roadmap in 2022, many employees are undervalued or are already completing all the requirements that would be necessary for a higher career level, according to the plan. All of this looks like an unfair assessment of workers' current job performance. Personally, since joining the company (2020), I have never been offered or facilitated any further training/education.
