I worked there for Chicco to fill the months where I was looking for a place to study or to work after my Bachelors.
The working conditions are okay. The pay could be higher but it also depends on what you want to achieve. I wouldn't work here long term because the work get repetitive pretty fast and the customers are sometimes pretty rude.
However, I really loved my Teammates and colleges that the bar I was working. They made the work less repetitive and fun.
For the future and for the new college, I hope that the organisation is better structured. I know we are understaffed at various places and bars, but I would really love to have the Team leader or Site Manager discuss the working schedule beforehand with us and not do what they thing is right.
Overall I would recommend Chicco di café for people who are looking for some fun and some experience as a Batista, but don't the work too serious and more a short time work place or as a mini job to fill the voide while waiting for something.
