Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Interesting projects, nice team, adequate management
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In the future full home-office might get removed?
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Team events are awesome! People in control of the company do care about the work community being healthy
Kommunikation
If you want to talk to someone they usually have time in the next couple of minutes. You can talk to anyone in the company freely
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In both projects, I was working on the teams were amazing. We constantly shared knowledge with each other, which is the most important thing for me.
People I talked with did have more or less the same sense of humor as I did, which helps :D
Work-Life-Balance
When corona happened we got the ability to do home-office, which I liked very much. 5/5
But then we found that in the future we might have 1-2 days of required presence in the office. Which I did not understand, since half of the team is in another country anyway. 3/5
Evens out at 4/5 :D
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In this company, I've never had a problem with management. Goals are realistic. And they constantly talk with dev/art so that every party is on track. If you require something to finish your tasks - usually you will get it (being it time/another developer/some asset/etc)
Interessante Aufgaben
95% of the time I've spent on interesting tasks. Seriously, who would want to work on UI programming? I wouldn't, so I didn't ;D
But you have to step forward to capture interesting tasks
Gleichberechtigung
There is a variety of sex/nationalities and as far as I can tell - nobody cares as long as you do the work you agreed to do
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are a few older colleagues, from the side look at them - they were doing work as anyone else.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is good. Sometimes it was getting very loud in there. Everyone can request whatever piece of hardware he wants. Nice coffee machine with ability to do latte/cacao :D 4.75/5
In home office, you also can request whatever piece of hardware. 5/5
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
This stuff only started to happen in the last half a year
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is not the greatest here. But it's the same or better than most game companies here
Image
There are ppl who are working here happily for 10 years
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is a clear path for going from intern to lead, how well does it actually work? Devs were moving up more or less regularly from the bottom of this chain
