Please correct your recruitment process. I've been found by various recruiters. I gave them my cv and I got nothing in return. With this process, you can never hire someone.
- Don't message applicants from your private e-mail address from your vacation
- Ask the applicant questions; don't talk 45 mins out of a 1 hour interview yourself
- Stick to promises (regarding feedback, next steps)
- Don't turn an interview day that was initially scheduled from 9am to 2pm into a full-day interview marathon (9am-5pm)
- Don't give generic (and late) rejection e-mail to candidate with explanation that is not plausible (according to previous statements regarding one's experience)
You should read the resume very carefully. I applied as a work student along with my Resume, Cover-letter, my degree certificates, experience, etc.
The company called me twice for the interview. They took my interview for a long while. After all, HR rejected me for a reason that I am a student of masters and the opening is only for Bachelors.
On the other hand I had mentioned on my resume as well as cover-letter that I am a masters student. Don't u take some effforts to read resume whether the applier is bachelor or not?
