Bad communication, no transparency or trust that the company has your wellbeing at heart, often feeling lost and unmotivated with no company direction for the present or future.
There has been numerous suggestions, time and time again which have been repeatedly ignored - this is a shame because there could be some potential for the company if management level were to actively listen to their employees instead of all empty talk with no action. Without any of that, the company will never progress.
Real problems are never dealt with and simply swept under carpets.
Unbalanced work loads - some weeks are too busy with overtime, others are empty with not much to do.
Constant feedback loops that go nowhere, there is no active listening and action to try to change things for the better, but plenty of empty promises.
The company could have potential but there are serious communication issues there are never addressed properly because there is no genuine transparency or honesty from management levels. There is no consideration for employees' welfare.
