Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Every time you have a problem, you´ll find someone to talk to (being that your direct manager, T&C/HR, or any senior colleague)
- Higher than average salary, with great office in central location
- Fantastic collegial culture with flat hierarchies and good work/life balance
- Despite of CoreMedia being a startup, all customers are big corps which gives you exposure to global-scale projects, especially if you´re working as a Technical Consultant.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- No formal career plan focused on personal goals.
- Sometimes hard to manage expectations with customers due to unrealistic timelines during sales cycle.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

- Keep the current company culture, hard to find something like this in most companies.
- Set up a career plan including personal goals and regular check.
